Every order is prepared with care, packaged with intention, and delivered to arrive beautifully.

1. Shipping Information

We take great care in packaging and shipping each order to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times vary by location and carrier. Sipply Chic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control once an order has left our facility.

Gifting Orders

All orders are elegantly packaged in our signature keepsake box, wrapped and ready for gifting. Receipts are not included in shipments.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Sipply Chic purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cheers@sipplychic.com.

Vintage Items

• Each vintage piece is unique and sold as is.

• All vintage items are final sale.

• If a vintage item arrives broken or materially different from its description, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Modern Glassware & Accessories

• May be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email cheers@sipplychic.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging and damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Sipply Chic ships within the United States only. International shipping will be added in the future.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, liability for delivery rests with the carrier.

Sipply Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.
